WEDDING PACKAGES - Upstairs Room

Please speak to staff if you wish to decorate earlier than your function starting time.

  • Ideal for sit down meals or finger food.
  • Can be exclusively booked for your event with a minimum of 40 and up to a maximum of 120 guests.
  • Music to be inside the function room only.
  • A Soloist can be arranged at your own expense.
  • Function room closes at 11:00pm with all guests to be off the premises by 11:30pm.
  • A Room Hire fee of $500* is required to secure your date and location at time of booking. Payments can be made by either cash or Eftpos. This Room Hire Fee includes one bar staff member for 5 hours. Please speak to staff if you wish to decorate the area earlier than your event starting.
  • All money owing for food must be paid two weeks prior to the commencement of your function.
  • Bar tabs can be settled at the completion of your function, however a credit card is required at the time of your function to commence your bar tab.
  • One month’s cancellation notice of the function date is required (for both parties), and for refund of Room Hire Fee.
  • All RSA conditions apply.
  • Extra staff from $40 per hour or part thereof for both upstairs and barn.
  • Decorating and function preparation may only commence from 4pm on the day.

* If you are booking your function for a public holiday, the Room Hire Fee is $1,500.00

Barn Bar Area

  • Ideal for sit down meals or finger food
  • Can be exclusively booked for your event with a minimum of 70 to a maximum of 120 guests.
  • Bar closes at 11pm with all guests to be off the premises by 11.30pm.
  • A Room Hire fee of $750* is required to secure your date of booking. Payments can be made by either cash or Eftpos. This Room Hire Fee includes one bar staff member for 5 hours. Any further staff required to attend your function exclusively will be at a charge of $40 per hour or any part thereof.
  • Bar tabs can be settled at the completion of your function, however a credit card is required at the time of your function to commence your bar tab.
    Entertainment can be arranged at your own expense. Music must be turned off no later than 10.30pm or alternatively you may bring a device to plug in our in-house audio system.
  • One month’s cancellation notice of the function date is required for refund of Room Hire Fee.
  • All RSA conditions apply.
  • If you are booking your function for a public holiday, the Room Hire Fee is $2000.00
  • All money owing for food must be paid 2 weeks prior to commencement of your function.
  • Decorating and function preparation may only commence from 4pm on the day.

Please note:

  • No food or beverages to be brought into the venue. Only one cake.
  • Hotel will take no responsibility for cakes brought into the venue.
  • All decorations must be removed from venue at duration of the event.
  • The hotel will take no responsibility for property left behind at the premises.
